We love rehabbing properties! From small residential homes to larger multi-family properties, we are highly skilled in renovating properties in a timely and cost effective mannor. Ruby Road, Livermore, California
This was a short sale in Livermore, California. Property needed modest rehab inside, clean up and relandscape outside. Pool pumping system needed replacing. Rehab time - 3 weeks.
Christensen Way, Rio Vista, California
This home was vacant for many months. We cleaned it up inside did some minor landscaping outside. Acutally, lawn was "painted" so deal lawn appeared to look green and lush! Homeowners tried to get a short sale approved for over a year and a half. After being unsuccessful, we took over the project and got the deal approved.
Cardiff, San Diego, California
Originally this home was a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 1 car garage. Being in San Diego, we converted the garage into a great master bedroom and added additional parking space. One of the best features is the backyard. The yucca trees were blocking a view of the valley. By removing some of them, adding a very nice patio in the back made this nice home really great here in San Diego. The new owner loves this property and the job we did to create such a nice home for their family. Click here to see the video!
Kentfield, Redwood City, California
This is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom in a nice area of Redwood City. Last renters were there for about 8 years. It was moderately remodeled in 1989 and has been a rental since 1995. We are completely rehabbing this property with all new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, granite countertops, tile and carpet flooring, wired with our "plug and play" with phone, cable and cat5 throughout. We also set it up for flat screen entertainment with pull through cabling for a cable box, stereo and/or DVD player. Click here to see the video!

This home was abandonded. Former owners owned all kinds of animals including dogs, cats, snakes, iguanas and more! Then, when they left the property, they took all the animals and left what they left behind.

This is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home, located in San Jose, California. It was an REO and needs minor rehab. We will be replacing the kitchen, replacing the bathrooms, making a larger master bathroom, updating landscaping and new paint and carpeting in the home. Estimated time for rehab -- 6 weeks.
